Hmmm...I'm going home to this?
A friend posted that picture of their front yard in Edmonton. As I looked at that picture, I just kept shaking my head and asking, "Why?"
Of course I do get to drive this...
My mom's new Civic.
I wonder...are snow and cars and the occasional empty parking lot still as much fun as I remember?
No lectures people. It's the only thing keeping me going...

My front yard is piled higher than my head with snow! Its crazy, we actually are pretty much out of room for snow in the front and have to push it all the way to back. And there is more to come this week(I heard). I have tons of snow that still needs to be shoveled if you forget what its like and need a reminder....oh and it was -34 today with the wind. But is supposed to be like -8 tomorrow. Only in Saskatchewan. Welcome Home my friend :)
Hmmm...I'm not sure how to respond to that...
This is why I moved back east!
Lectures? When you have cars and snow, empty parking lots are so important. Especially when you've been out of it for so long. How else are you going to get used to the feeling of sliding around so you know how to handle it in a pinch? Such an important factor in being a safe driver on the road. The fact that it's fun too is just a bonus. ;-)
Thank you Steve. You're a good friend. =)
happy to be of help, Ken.
Yes they are still as much fun. And still as expensive if you get caught. Just sayin'.
