About Me

Ken: I'm a Canadian farm boy working with a group of Bolivian ex-street kids. I've been here eight years and living in this house with them for almost six. When I first arrived here, I worked at a home for guys coming off the streets. After being there for a couple of years, I saw the need for some sort of home where the guys could live as they continued their studies after high school. I openned this home and surprisingly (to me anyhow) became dad to a number of young guys. The goal is to help them transition to life on their own while at the same time helping them to gain a university education. If you want more information on what that looks like, feel free to contact us. I hope this blog challenges you, entertains you and gives you a little bit more of an idea of what's happening in this corner of South America.
